Basic cleaning prices

Window washing prices

- Please note that window cleaning is not included in the standard cleaning service and is priced separately, as well as the cleaning of blinds and shutters.
- Large mirrors in wardrobe-cupboards are considered as windows.
- If you have windows of different sizes, when calculating the cost, please use the most relevant category as a reference.
Additional cleaning services
- These are prices for services that are not included in the standard default cleaning package; they need to be ordered separately because they involve a significant amount of work and require dedicated time. Please be aware that the minimum order value for our services is 800 Kč.
Carpets and upholstery dry cleaning prices
- Dry cleaning can be ordered separately from the regular cleaning or combined with it for time efficiency. The minimum order for dry cleaning is 800 Kč, regardless of the cleaning order size.
FAQs about our prices
A 20% discount is a loyalty discount. To become a loyal customer, place orders for cleaning, window washing, or additional services five times in a row within any time frame. Also, please note that after the first order, your discount will be 15%.
- Ask for details on what is included in that price, inquire about the number of people involved in the cleaning and the duration of the service. With the right questions, you may find that the price could increase, or you might discover that the quality of the cleaning doesn't meet your standards. For instance, if only two people are cleaning for four hours and you have a large apartment, it's likely insufficient.
- Clarify the cleaning products they use and whether they provide equipment. It quickly becomes apparent that cheap cleaning is neither appealing nor profitable, especially for you.
Everything is fine! Specify in the request the windows that are closest in size. For example, if you have unusually large windows or a long balcony, you can roughly indicate a few smaller windows. In any case, the manager will confirm the final cost.
You can order any combination of services, either together with cleaning or separately. However, please note that the minimum order value in our company is 800 Kč.
If the apartment is empty, the volume of work and the time required for completion will be significantly reduced, leading to a lower cost. It's most convenient to contact our manager for this situation and clarify the details of the cleaning.
The cleaning price is primarily based on one factor: the number of labor hours required. The manager is knowledgeable about time standards for various tasks and levels of dirt. Therefore, the final cleaning price may vary, either higher or lower, compared to what you calculate using the online calculator.
In any case, we will use our own equipment and cleaning agents, and there are significant reasons for that.
- Firstly, our industrial-grade vacuum cleaners and steam generators can handle much heavier workloads than household ones. We won't risk potential damage to your household appliances during cleaning.
- Secondly, we use specialized cleaning agents that our staff is trained to work with, ensuring a high-quality result. Using random products from a regular store is not in line with our standards.
